The real estate market in Central Florida typically cools down in the fall and into the holidays. But this year, it’s red hot and getting hotter.
Channel 9 checked with the Orlando Regional Realtors Association and found a 25% jump in home sales in October across Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Lake counties, with the average home price rising by 11.6%.
