In April, Northeast Florida boasted only a 1.2-month supply of residential housing with 3,991 homes on the market, a drastic 58.2 percent drop from a year ago when there were 9,544 homes for sale, according to market statistics from the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors (NEFAR).
